Shipping & Delivery

The charge for shipping via Domestic First Class Mail is included in the purchase price of any Throttle Rocker product.
We ship most orders the next business day via First Class Mail.
If you require expedited shipping please call 800-757-2453 to make arrangements.
Expedited shipping will be charged at the current Priority or Express Mail rate.
Any additional services (Tracking, Insurance, Registered Mail, etc) will also be charged at the current rates.

For International Orders we ship via First Class Mail International. The current USPS international price chart is listed below. If you wish guaranteed delivery service the shipping charge will be at the current USPS International rate.

Returns & Replacements

Our replacement policy: “If it breaks, we’ll replace it.”
We also offer replacement adaptors (the black rubber thingy that came with your Throttle Rocker) and straps at no charge. Just send a self addressed stamped envelope (the ‘extra postage required’ kind) to:

We only collect the information necessary to process and ship your order. We will only contact you if there is a problem with your order, to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm shipment of your order. We do not sell, trade or transfer your information to anyone.
